Monday Mentions: Mountain Club On Loon

Monday Mentions: Mountain Club On Loon

Monday is good when you know you can come here and get the latest favorite of ours, right?! This week I’m sharing Mountain Club On Loon with you. You may have seen a few of my posts sharing some promotions they have, but I’d like to share with you how our family has enjoyed our stays here. We’ve been going here for several years now and this summer is no exception.

What I love about this resort is that right away I feel relaxed. Moms and dads, we’re always on the go with scheduled commitments. Now, we’ll be busy with fun, family, relaxing and reconnecting with each other.

The resort has an indoor pool, outdoor pool and hot tub with views of the mountains. The outdoor pool also serves food and drinks if you choose. There is a workout room, a spa, an onsite restaurant and even an arcade room. They have beautiful grounds out back for some football throwing and wiffle ball too. Out front there’s a clear river that goes on for miles for swimming, fishing and exploring. Here alone is the perfect recipe for summer, but there’s more, so much more nearby!

Loon Mountain Rope Adventure

This area is beautiful for hiking and biking. At the foot of the resort is Loon Adventure Center which has abundant activities for fun, from a rock wall, to the aerial forests and ziplining and mountain bike riding. My favorite is heading up on the Gondola Ride and going through the caves, hiking over the bridges and taking the most breathtaking photos!

With boys way outnumbering the girls in our family, I like to have some girl time with Olyvia and we hope to catch a show at Jean’s Playhouse this year and see Godspell. There are also movies nearby, a CommonMan Restaurant, Kellerhaus isn’t too far either where we we make our own ice cream sundaes. Kellerhaus has been a favorite memory of mine since I was a little girl. Now my kids love it too! About 30 minutes or less you can cruise upon the Mount Washington for a sunset cruise or have fun on one of their themed nights. Whale’s Tale Waterpark is in very close proximity as well. There is often a DJ on site heading up games and contests! My Camden talks about Whale’s Tales even in the winter. It’s one of his favorite places to go. There’s also Alpine Ziplining, The Hobo Railroad and so much more. This is only the tip of the iceberg of what you can find and do in the area. If you’re looking for even more to do, I’d suggest heading to the Chamber of Commerce Site to find more.

As you can see there’s plenty to do to keep you nonstop and plenty to do to make you sit back and relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The choice is yours and no matter what you choose, it’s going to be wonderful as soon as you pull into the Mountain Club On Loon Resort.
