It’s the season for canning! I’ve had some fun with my Ball® freshTECH Automatic Canning System over the winter making applesauce, pickles, salsa and sauce. I don’t have a garden but I took advantage of some store deals during the year and reaped the rewards of homemade!

On Friday, July 22nd, the Ball® brand is hosting its 6th annual Can-It-Forward Day event, a day dedicated to educating and celebrating the joys of fresh preserving. It’s entirely digital this year and will be hosted via Facebook Live from 10:00AM-3:30PM ET. Each hour, viewers will have the chance to watching various canning demos and win various giveaway prizes.
