We want to say a BIG THANK YOU to all of our Veterans and Active Duty Military. You are real-life heroes and role models for my children. Thank you also to all of the military wives, husbands, children and parents out there. We appreciate your sacrifice more than we can say.
Some of our local businesses are hosting some events and offering some freebies in gratitude of all that you do. I tried to compile a list of what I could find. If you know of anything that’s not listed please let me know.

Foxwoods Resort Casino: Foxwoods is honoring our veterans with a parade and ceremony at 11AM. Foxwoods is also offering active and retired military exclusive offers and discounts throughout the property.
Mystic Aquarium: What a generous deal! From Sunday, November 6th through Sunday November 13th veterans and active duty members receive free general admission. Dependent family members receive a discount. Thanks Mystic for extending your offer!
Red Arrow Diner: Show your ID and receive 20% off your meal
Seacoast Science Center: Not only do they have a full day of fun and exploration, they are offering free admission to active duty military families and veterans!
Texas Road House: Free lunch 11-2
New England Zoo: Franklin Park Zoo-Free Admission 10-4
