First Ever-Winter Free Fishing Day in NH!

If you’ve always wanted to try ice fishing, take advantage of New Hampshire’s first-ever winter free fishing day on Saturday, January 21, 2017.

We’ve been promoting the free fishing day in the spring but this is the first year that they are opening that the same offer in the winter! No license is needed unless you’re participating in a fishing tournament January 21st. This is a great time to take your kids and make it a family day to see if you have some real fishermen/ladies in your household.

To read more about rules and get all the fine print, head to the NH Fish & Game page HERE.

If you’re really interested in ice fishing, I came across a list of free ice fishing courses HERE. What a great opportunity to do something new this winter.

We hope you can help get the word out! Just think of all the fishing stories everyone will be sharing at the dinner table!

Have Fun!!!!
