Fisher Cats Opening Day

It is less then a week until the Fisher Cats’ Opening Day on April 4th at the Northeast Delta Stadium!  The Fisher Cats have a ton of kid and family-friendly events and ticket options, making them a great option for a family outing.  The Fisher Cats also offer special birthday party packages and April Vacation and Summer Camps for young baseball players and fans.  Below I’ve highlighted a few of the Fisher Cats fun programs for kids!

•  Hood Kids Club
  • If you have a young baseball fan I recommend joining the Hood Kids Club.  Membership is FREE and comes with a host of perks!  Kids Club benefits include one FREE ticket for 8 Hood Kids Club Games, a Hood Kids Club Membership Card, an Exclusive Kids Club E-Mail Newsletter, a Special Invitation to Kids Club events on “Hood Kids Club Days”, 10% off of new merchandise in the Team Store, the opportunity to be recognized as a Kids Club member of the Game where one member will receive 4 FREE tickets to one of the Hood Kids Club Games and more!  Signing up for membership is really easy!  Simply go to the Hood Kids Club site and register your child(ren).

•  Fisher Cats Birthday Party!
  • The Fisher Cats have several party packages to include the Meet-A-Player Party Package, Fungo’s Birthday Party Package, and the Princess Party Package.  Packages include hot dogs, popcorn, ice cream, beverages, unlimited use of the MVP Go Generation Play Area, On-field recognition of the birthday child, an autographed replica jersey and the birthday child’s name on the videoboard.  Packages start at the price of $20 per guest with a minimum of 10 guests.

• Baseball Buddies
  • The Fisher Cats Baseball Buddies program allows kids to take the field with the Fisher Cats Players during the singing of the National Anthem!  While on the field your child can have his picture taken to commemorate this great experience.

•  MVP Generation Go Play Area
  • At the MVP Generation Go Play Area children under the age of 14 can enjoy a $5 all-game pass for unlimited use of the inflatables, giant slide, bounce house, and more!  This area gives kids a chance to work off some energy, play games and win prizes.

•  Fisher Cats Baseball Camp
  • Dartmouth-Hitchcock and the Fisher Cats are partnering to offer an April Vacation Camp and Summer Camps where children ages 6-15 can learn baseball and softball from the pros!  Campers will work on dry swing routine, batting tee drills, soft-toss drills and practice hitting using machines and batting cages.  Each session also includes tickets to a select Fisher Cats game during the camp and an exclusive autograph session with players and coaches!
