Martin Luther King Day Happenings

If you feel like getting out of the house with the kids on Martin Luther King Day there are many local places that will be open, to include most area indoor play spots, science centers and museums.  Additionally, below is a list of places that will be hosting special events.  Enjoy the day with your family!

Boston Children’s Museum: The Boston Children’s Museum presents their “BNY Mellon CityACCESS Teen Ambassadors for their annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day observance. Use stories to connect to our community and explore poverty and economic justice, issues which Dr. King tackled right before his death. Cowabungas has open play from 10:00-4:00pm.  Visit their website for additional information and admission prices.

Imajine That has several events taking place on Monday to include Art, Science and Cooking classes for the kids and a Free Zumba Kids Demo.  Please see their calendar for scheduling and pricing information.

Jump On In has open bounce from 10:30am-12:30pm at the Nashua location and open bounce from 11:00am-1:00pm and 1:00-3:00pm at their Portsmouth location.  Visit their individual location’s websites for additional information and admission prices.
