Home Depot FREE Kids Workshop: Build a Heart Box

Home Depot has one of their free workshops for children this Saturday.  Kids will learn to build a Heart Box from 9:00am-12:00pm.

My children absolutely love the Kids Workshops at Home Depot!  On our first Kids Workshop visit my children each received their own Home Depot (kid-sized) orange apron, personalized with their name on it.  Every subsequent time we have attended a workshop the kids each receive a pin for completing their project.  Their aprons are decorated with all of the pins that they have earned over the past two years.  NOTE: Most of the projects require the use of a hammer, wood glue and nails.  My husband and I have been very hands on in helping our children complete these projects due to their young age.  I would assume that slightly older children could complete the projects independently.  The next workshop will be held on Saturday, February 7th and the kids will be building Heart Box.  Detailed information regarding the workshop can be found on Home Depot’s website.
