Liquid Planet Water Park

0709141335“It is our ambition to be New Hampshire’s hometown water park” – Kevin Dumont, owner of Liquid Planet Water Park.

Liquid Planet Water Park is New Hampshire’s hometown water park!  The park is fun and well maintained with friendly and helpful employees.  Liquid Planet Water Park is home to four water slides, a splash area, mini golf, a zip line and more.  These attractions are great for families with young children.  Kids through early elementary school age will love playing in the splash area and riding down a water slide with mom and dad.  Kids that are over 48″ and 50 lbs will have fun being a little more adventurous, riding water slides by themselves and flying down the park’s zip line. You will find lifeguards posted throughout the park for safety.  I was very impressed with the lifeguards.  While most of the lifeguards are young students, I found them to be both attentive and friendly.

NH Kids has partnered with Extreme Coupon Professors and Party Palace to offer a Giveaway for a family four pack of tickets to Liquid Planet Water Park.  Please visit this link for more information on how to enter!

Here’s your inside look at Liquid Planet Water Park!

General Admission: Daily General Pass is $25 and a Daily Junior Pass (for children under 48″) is $20.  Season passes can be purchased for $50 per person.  Half day passes are also available at a discounted rate.  Note: Liquid Planet runs many coupons and specials.  Prior to purchasing your tickets be sure to do a little research and find the best price.  You can always visit my Local Deals Page as Liquid Planet is often listed on there.

Water Slides:  There are four slides at Liquid Planet: a red enclosed slide, a green open slide and two speed slides.  You must be at least 48″ in height to use the enclosed red slide.  Additionally, you must be 100 lbs to use the two new speed slides.  My husband and I took our children on the open green slide.  I thought the slide was great and was the perfect speed and ride for our 4-6 year old children.  The kids thought that the slide was awesome and wanted to ride it all day.  Lifeguards are stationed at the bottom and top of each slide for safety.

Splash Pad: The park has a great splash pad with multiple slides, water guns, a teeter-totter and more.  The splash pad is cute, colorful and fun!  This area is perfectly suited for babies through elementary school aged children.  There was a very attentive lifeguard monitoring this area.

Pool: There is a pool located near the water slides for swimming.  There was one lifeguard stationed at this pool.  My children and I didn’t go into the pool because my son is a little too short for the shallow end of most swimming pools (much to his dismay).

Mini Golf: There is a 9 hole mini golf course at Liquid Planet Water Park.  Mini Golf costs an additional $3 per person.  The mini golf course is situated on a grassy hill.  The first few holes are up hill and the last few are down hill.  There is a grassy path leading from one whole to the next however this path is more defined at some holes than others.  I would suggest using some caution with little kids on the down hill portion of the golf course.  I consider the golf course safe however you may need to hold little hands when they are walking from one hole to another at certain locations.  The golf course is simple and was enjoyed by my children.  I think this course is best suited for young children.

Zip Line: The water park has two Zip Lines running parallel to each other.  You must be at least 50 lbs to ride the zip line.  A zip line ride costs an additional $10 per person.

Lake: Liquid Planet Water Park has a lake that you can swim in and enjoy.  There are several lifeguards on duty.  There are also two rafts on the lake, one with seating and the other with a slide.  Life jackets are available for use in the lake.  My children enjoyed swimming in the lake.  We did not allow our children to swim out to either raft as they are not strong enough swimmers yet.  Please be aware that the lake drops off in depth when you are a little ways out.  This did not pose a problem but it was something that I continued to remind my children.  The lake is rocky so you may want to consider wearing sandals or water shoes to walk to the shore.
