A friend brought the Empty Bowls Event to my attention this afternoon and I wanted to make sure that I highlighted it to all of you. I had never heard of Empty Bowls before so I did a little research and checked out their website. Empty Bowls is an international grassroots effort to raise both money and awareness in the fight to end hunger. You can support Empty Bowls and join in the fight to end hunger by helping to make some coil-built bowls at Nashua High School South’s Empty Bowls Event on Saturday, February 2, 2013 from 3:00pm-5:00pm.
