The Boston Children’s Museum is turning 100! How does the second oldest Children’s Museum in the country kick-off it’s 100th birthday celebration? …With a Family Fest of course! Their Family Fest on April 6th will provide a day packed with family fun and learning. There will be character meet and greets (to include Curious George, Arthur, Peep and Buster), demonstrations by celebrity chefs, and presentations for parents offered by experts (with child care provided during the presentations). There will also be special programming offered throughout the day to include world music, youth orchestras, children’s stage performances and more.
Can’t make it to Family Fest? You will be able to participate in the fun as The Boston Children’s Museum will host biweekly programs from April through October. Their celebration will commence with a three day Birthday Celebration in early October. This celebration will include a dinner, dance party, and a festival with musical performances, outdoor kids’ activities and birthday cake!
