Maple Sugar Month 2016

Maple Sugar Month 2016

It’s that time of year again where New Hampshire Sugar Shacks will be inviting us to visit, taste and buy their products. Many locations will even be offering a pancake breakfast, educational programs and entertainment. Yum! There is nothing like fresh, warm NH Maple Syrup!

In Weare, my neck of the woods, The Grant Family Pond View Maple Sugar House has their Open House March 19th and 20th. They will be offering maple chili, maple cotton candy, maple popcorn and warm maple butter on fresh, out of the oven, biscuits. Their open house will run from 10:00-4:00 on both days!

Indian Head Resort is offering Maple Sugaring Weekend packages with Rock’s Estate. Indian Head has some super rates that include meals and entertainment. It’s also a unique place to stay because of their year-round heated outdoor pool!

Charmingfare Farm has a Couptopia discount on their Maple Sugaring Experience.

Prescott Farm Environmental Education Center has family programs every Saturday through March.
