Here are some activities to keep the kids entertained (and get them out of the house) tomorrow on President’s Day! There are also a few restaurants that have kids eat free promotions running tomorrow in case you want to celebrate the holiday at a restaurant. Mondays are always sweeter with free food (that I don’t have to cook).
- Barnes and Noble: Barnes and Noble in Nashua is hosting a Free President’s Day Story Time with Games and NOOK Apptivities at 9:00am.
- Children’s Museum of New Hampshire’s Shadow Puppetry Day: Experiment with light, shadow and storytelling through the art of shadow puppets. Families can make their own shadow puppets, write shadow puppet plays and learn about the history of shadow puppets. Educators will lead shadow puppet storytelling games and show visitors how to make shadow puppets using their hands.
- Kidgits Kid’s Club at the Rockingham Mall, Salem: The kids can bounce off some energy on the Moon Bounce in the Rockingham Mall’s Food Court from 12:00pm-4:00pm. This event is free for Kidgits Kid’s Club members (their is an annual Kidgits Kid’s Club membership fee of $5).
- Moms Group Mondays at Precious Plaster at the Mall of New Hampshire: The kids can get in touch with their inner artists and paint at a discount tomorrow. Precious Plaster hosts Moms Group Mondays where you can buy 1 get 1 50% all plaster items on Mondays from 10:00am-12:00pm.
Also, here are some restaurants that you can go tomorrow where the kids eat for free (or for 99 cents)!
- Airport Diner: Kids eat free with the purchase of an adult entree. Locations: Manchester (My children went to the Airport Diner with husband the other week for a Kids Eat Free Monday and loved it! My husband and children had very positive things to say about the Diner.)
- Applebee’s: Kids eat for 99 cents all day. Locations: Concord, Derry, Dover, Hooksett, Manchester, Nashua, Portsmouth, Seabrook
- Crush Pizzeria Napoletana: Kids eat free with the purchase of an adult entree. Locations: Nashua
- Route 104 Diner: Kids eat free with the purchase of an adult entree. Locations: New Hampton
- The Farm Bar and Grill: Kids eat free all day with the purchase of an adult entree. Locations: Dover, Essex, Manchester
- Tilt’n Diner: Kids eat free with the purchase of an adult entree. Locations: Tilton
