Attitash Grand Summit Hotel:
Attitash Grand Summit Hotel is one of my favorite family spots to go to. I enjoy heading there any time of the year, but especially during the cooler months. The big draw for our family is the oversized, heated, outdoor pool and hot tub. There is nothing like a day of hiking or skiing, then settle in the pool area when it’s brisk or even snowing out!
There are many spots of attractions nearby, which I’ll list later in this post, but for our family, Attitash is a place for us to reconnect and have fun. There’s a lovely fireplace in the center of the hotel with couches and tables where you’ll find us laughing and playing games, sipping hot chocolate and chatting. There’s an arcade room where we have a family pinball challenge with prizes to follow. Here, our busy world slows down and I absolutely love it!
There’s a fabulous workout room by the pool and a sauna too that almost all of us use.
Most units have kitchens, and for larger families like ours, there are many guestrooms that have a lockout unit for the extra bedroom needed.
There are two restaurant spots on premise. One is a quick spot for beverages, light breakfast sandwiches, wraps and salads. The other spot is a full service restaurant and bar. We appreciate the option of having the kitchen and being able to be served in a restaurant if we choose.
If you ski, this is a wonderful spot to be at as this is a step out and ski hotel. You also have access to Wild Cat Mountain with the same lift ticket.

Being up in the mountains is one of my favorite places to be. If you’re looking for a place to stay as you explore this beautiful area, one place I’d recommend is the Attitash. I’m sure it will be a spot you’ll find yourself heading to again and again. As you can see there is plenty to do nearby and yet, if you’re all about relaxing, they’ve got the fire ready and a chair waiting for you!
