Nashua, NH- The Lil’ Iguana Resale store will celebrate its Grand Opening this month with a craft fair, farmers market and huge savings on everything in the store. The Resale Store Grand Opening will take place on Sunday, May 25 from 9am-3pm in the parking lot and inside their 472 Amherst Street, Suite 11 location in Nashua. This is a rain or shine event.
Visitors can browse the many crafters, vendors and booths from local businesses right outside in the parking lot. Inside the store, customers will receive a staggering 50 percent off of their purchase of $10 or more. This discount applies to everything in stock, which includes tens of thousands of items including baby items, household items, antiques, glassware, electronics, furniture, toys, games, children’s clothing, adult clothing, shoes and more.
All proceeds go to The Lil’ Iguana’s Children’s Safety Foundation, who own and operate the resale store. For 20 years this Nashua-based nonprofit has used proactive music-based education to save children from abduction, sexual abuse, child predators and serious accidental injuries.
The Lil’ Iguana Resale Store has been open since March 15, and is another way to continue funding the organization’s efforts to keep children safe. Executive Director Jim Tomaszewski has been getting plenty of positive feedback from shoppers who find good bargains that support a great cause. “Our resale store is another way for people to support our foundation, and they can find great deals at the same time,” he said. “We have a non-stop flow of quality donations from donors and generous supporters who truly believe in our cause. Like always, our grand opening is another chance to have some family fun with Lil’ Iguana.”
