Dover, NH – Calling all young architects and builders! The Children’s Museum of NH has a challenge for you on Saturday, July 26. From 11 am – 3 pm, the Museum will be celebrating Colossal Construction Day, with a variety of building challenges for all ages.

Kids are invited to make structures as big as they can, utilizing all kinds of construction materials in the Muse Studio. There will be traditional choices like blocks, as well as unconventional materials like buckets and cereal boxes. Families can also explore an intricate ball maze made from thousands of K’NEX building pieces, and add their own ramps onto the maze to extend the fun. All Colossal Construction activities are included in standard paid admission.

There is no extra charge for Colossal Construction Day– all activities are included in the museum’s regular price of admission ($9 adults/children, $8 seniors, no charge for children under 12 months old). During the summer, the Children’s Museum is open 7 days a week.
