The kids and I could not be more excited to visit Charmingfare Farm this afternoon for our family’s first CSA pick-up! This week Charmingfare Farm will have an assortment of Head Lettuce (3 different kinds!), Zucchini, Rhubarb, and Strawberries ready for pick-up! I am looking forward to sharing our CSA experience with you each week and encourage those interested in becoming a crop shareholder to take a look at Charmingfare Farm.
Shareholders pick-up every Wednesday for 20 weeks from May 27th through October 7th. Charmingfare Farm picks ripe produce that morning and makes it available at their Farm Stand. Shareholders then fill their Garden Bags, choosing what they want and need. During Harvest Season, shareholders and any three guests may visit Charmingfare Farm’s animals during zoo hours. This is a lovely bonus especially for families who have animal/farm-loving children (like mine).
