JD Foods/Cheeseco-Great Prices: Week of 10/9

We ran into JD Foods/Cheesco to grab a bag of chicken and a few odds and ends. If you haven’t stopped to do some of your shopping yet, what are you waiting for?

So what did I buy on this shopping trip? Well, eggs are only $0.69 this week, I got plenty of those. I bought a case of the Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls. I found a recipe recently for french toast using cinnamon rolls. I’ll certainly share that with you when I make it. I checked out the discount rack and there were some dented spaghetti sauce cans so I bought a couple cans for a few dollars off. Our family LOVES this sauce! I needed some chicken but didn’t want to get a case this time so I opted for the bag and only paid $1.47lb!

There were some great deals on the granola bars this week and I saw they had Toaster Strudels in. They are already good prices, but when you buy them by the case they’re an exceptional deal!!!!!

Oh, yes, being soup season and I’ve been making homemade soup at least a couple times a week, I bought another jar of the chicken soup base! It’s magic to your soup pot, you gotta get some!
