My favorite Places to see Fall Foliage

New Hampshire’s radiant foliage is often finest  during the first two weeks of October, with the color change happening earlier in more northern and higher elevation areas and later in more southern and lower elevation areas.

The drives are always beautiful for those driving and the passengers!  The Kancamagus Highway to the Mount Washington auto-road to the section of I-93 which goes through Franconia Notch where the Old Man of the the Mountain used to be. We love exploring through the small historic towns and villages!

Me and my family love driving to Lancaster,  Lincoln and North Conway! There are cute little shops and restaurants along the way with a beautiful mountain view! A great breakfast place to go to in North Conway for breakfast in Peaches.  Their Apple Butterscotch Pancakes are to die for! If you’re ever in Lancaster there is a delicious pizza place called Scorpios! The pizza is perfect, and we always get buffalo chicken potato skins as an appetizer!

You can check out some more great resources of places to go HERE!

Our favorite hotels to stay at are The Mountain Grand View, Mountain Club on Loon, North Conway Grand Hotel, and the Indian Head Resort!
